Patrick went above and beyond to give us information on the multiple mattresses we were trying while giving us adequate time to test the mattresses. He was knowledgable and proud of the exemplary customer service the company provides. When we called with an adjustment to be made to our mattress (for preferential reasons, not a mattress quality problem), Patrick was quick to respond, troubleshooting multiple solutions to find what would work best. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this family-run business for a high-quality mattress at a fraction of the cost.
